Length of Service Certificate Application

A certificate recognition program for Local Association Board Members and/or Association Managers. This program includes a certificate for those board members and/or Association Managers who have served at least 20 years and still remain active on the board.

Requirements are:

The nominee must be a Board Member and/or Association Manager for at least 20 years.
A member may be recognized only once in a lifetime.
An association may submit any number of applications for Length of Service Certificates each year.

Previous Recipients

Outstanding Board Member Certificate Application

A certificate recognition program for Local Association Board Members and/or Association Managers who have made significant contributions to the local association during the year.

Requirements are:

The nominee must be a Board Member and/or Association Manager for at least 5 years.
A member may be recognized only once in a lifetime.
An association may submit only one application per year for Outstanding Board Member.

Hall of Fame Certificate Application

A certificate recognition program for Ohio USBC WBA to recognize members inducted into a Local Association's Hall of Fame.

All applications must be submitted no later than February 1st.
