The 83rd Annual Championship Tournament was hosted by the Cleveland USBC WBA. The tournament opened March 7, 2009 and ran consecutive weekends through June 7, 2009, with the exception of Easter weekend (April 11 & 12), and Memorial weekend (May 23 & 24).

The Team Event was held at:

Buckeye Lanes, 24488 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070

The Doubles/Singles Event was held at:

Roseland Lanes, 26383 Broadway Avenue, Oakwood Village, OH 44146
