Dayton USBC WBA 2005 - 2006 Association of the Year - McCook Area USBC WBA 2004 - 2005 Association of the Year - Massillon WBA & McCook Area WBA 2003 - 2004 Association of the Year - Dayton WBA 2002 - 2003 Association of the Year - Dayton WBA 2001 - 2002 Association of the Year - East Liverpool WBA In addition to the detailed points structure (mentioned above), each of the following will be awarded 10 points: • Two (2) association average books to the Ohio USBC WBA office by October 1st. • Association response of Nominating Committee candidate forms to committee by deadline. • Association delegates list to Ohio USBC WBA annual meeting and convention to the Ohio USBC WBA state office by deadline. • Association officers list to Ohio USBC WBA state office by July 1st.   Any requested reports, beyond the required reports, that are not responded to, will result in a five (5) point deduction per infraction.   (As an example:  average verification at league award time, championship tournament information, and information on award games.)     Every Association in Ohio has the ability to earn points toward recognition by their members participating in Ohio USBC WBA sponsored events, and by providing association information when requested.
